Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of your order date. We offer tracking on all orders unless otherwise noted, your tracking number will be emailed to you after your item has been processed. All shipping rates are listed in Canadian dollars. Estimated shipping times are given by Canada Post, occasionally packages may arrive later than expected. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Not in love with your purchase? That’s okay! We’ll gladly offer you a refund or credit. To be eligible for a return your items(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.
If your returns request is approved, you will be notified to either ship your item(s) back to us, or return your item(s) back in-store within 14 days of your original order date.
If you are shipping your item(s), please retain the tracking number for your records.
Final sale items: Discounted and sale items are all final sale and cannot be exchanged. Additional final sale items include: Bath & Cosmetic items, Bodysuits, Dried Flowers, Earrings, Gift Cards, Intimates, Seasonal Items and Swimwear.

Please note: If we receive any item(s) back in an unsellable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable; you will also be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item(s) you send back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Boheme Collective are not liable for packages that get lost or damaged in transit.
All our products are quality checked before being sent out to you. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. We will replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion. We are not responsible for any damaged or defective merchandise after our 14 day exchange / return policy.

If you selected ‘In Store Pick Up’ at check out, our in-store return policy will apply.
Therefore item(s) purchased must be returned back to us within 7 days of your original order date.
EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR?
Unfortunately at this time our online store is not able to process product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, colour or different product altogether please place a new order or visit us at our retail store where we can process your exchange.
CAN ONLINE EXCHANGES BE MADE IN STORE?
Yes, simply return your item(s) to our brick and mortar store along with a copy of your confirmation of purchase email and our associates will assist you with your exchange.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once orders are placed online, they then begin to be processed and cannot be cancelled or modified.
