This Return Policy is for both Blue Ginger & Lily Blue.
It is valid whilst both stores are Closed due to the current Covid-19 shutdown.
Our usual Return Policy will become valid once the stores are reopened.
Return Policy for any purchases made by phone, pick up or online.
The items must be unworn, undamaged and all original tags and labels attached.
You must inform us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com if you wish to return an item. Instructions will be included in your delivery, once we receive your item a refund, exchange or store credit will be applied. Any Refund or Credit will be less any shipping charges.
You must inform us ASAP for a return. No later than 7 days of receiving the delivery.
All returns charges are the responsibility of the customer.
